WOW!!!! As a parent you want your children to always to safe, my Daughter was in the perfect place with Tim the Dive Inst. he never left her side and he stayed with her the entire two tank dive. As a parent you only get a few chances to see those life changing events take place in you child's life and yesterday Kona Ocean Adventure did that for my Reaghan. You truly have impacted her life in a way that I will never be able to put into words, Danny, Laure, Tim from the bottom of my heart Mahalo Nui Loa!

Nous avons passé un moment fantastique avec Laure et Danny sur leur bateau. Toujours en petit groupes de maximum 5, avec plein de snacks super bons, les sorties ont été très conviviales et relaxantes. Les plongées étaient super belles (nous avons vu une Manta Ray, Eagle Ray, un requin, pieuvre, murènes...) et nous avons nagé avec des dauphins: ce qui était tout simplement magique! La plongée de nuit était géante, fantastique ! Merci encore à Laure et Danny et j’espère pouvoir revenir !

About our "black water dive": Danny, Laure and capt Mike = FREAKING AWESOME !! if anyone wants a spectacular dive adventure, look no further. Last Manta Ray dive was great, and then Black Water dive. HOLY CRAP!! 2 miles straight out from Kona town @ 10 pm diving in the pitch black with Scuba Tom from Kauai and seeing the most amazing creatures, whoa.. mind blowing

picked Kona Ocean adventures somewhat cold after a little internet research and some faint word-of-mouth from friends that had moved to the big island a couple of years ago. Got Lucky and found these guys. Danny accomodated a bit of a long dive trip to a special place and we did the manta night dive with them. small boat compared with the cattle cars and larger boats -- only 6 guests at a time, and that means totally seaworthy without the crowds. Having been a fishing guide and boat owner in Southeast Alaska for the past 28 years, I can appreciate their local knowledge and their connection with their guests.

The Kona Coast of Hawaii has over 80 established sites for divers to choose from. sites such as Suck'em Up, The dome, Henry's Cave (lava tubes), Kaiwi, Eel cove, Pipe dreams, Turtle pinnacle just to name a few are home to cowry sheels, nudibranchs, white tip reef sharks, cool critters, and many more species. Turtles often hang out at cleaning station to have algae and parasites removed from their shells.

Our professional divemasters are famous for finding Octopus, Scorpion fish, frog fish, leaf fish, nudibranchs and many more sea creatures.
